The Bloom Room are a florists established in 2013. Whilst spending many years in the floral industry they noticed the lack in presentation and luxury packaging for customer.
Everywhere offered the exact same product which is why they offer a completely different range of fresh and 1 year roses.
The challenge we faced with The Bloom Room is that we built the website in 2016 as they ventured into the online space. Over that period so much had changed online and in e-commerce platforms.
We needed to bring both the visual presentation of their quality products that had now made over 15,000+ sales in 5 years we knew that the customers needed an improvement in their customer experience.
We worked with The Bloom Room to first identify the issues the site had and the improvements we would like to make to both the customer journey and the experience. We knew that new features such as wishlists, search functionality, pop out carts, and an overhauled payment system.
We overhauled the UI and improved the UX with a completely new design and layout and improved the mobile version of the website. customers are treated to a much richer experience when navigating the new and improved Bloom Room website.
The complete UX and UI overhaul significantly improved the customer journey, bringing the platform in line with modern e-commerce expectations.
New features such as wishlists, improved search, and a streamlined checkout process enhanced usability and increased engagement. The redesign also better reflects the premium nature of the brand and its product offering.
With over 15,000+ prior sales, the upgraded platform builds on existing success by improving conversion potential, customer retention, and overall shopping experience.
